1、Mr.Zhizhen Ye

Chinese，no right of residence abroad. Born in April 1955,he has a doctor's degree in optical instrumentation and is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is currently the director of the academic committee of Materials Collegeof Zhejiang University, the doctoral supervisor and professor of the State Key Laboratory of silicon materials of the Department of materials of Zhejiang University.

 

2、Mr.HuapingGuo：

Chinese, no right of residence abroad. Born in June 1963，he has a doctor's degree in industrial economics. Currently, he is the tutor and professor of master students of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. From March 2015 to now he has also served as an independent director of Jiangxi Wannian Cement Co., Ltd.， and from May 2020 to now, he has also served as an independent director of Sanchuan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.

 

3、Mr.Weidong Liu：

Chinese, no right of residence abroad. Born in October 1966， he has a master's degree in law. He is currently the director of Jiangxi Qiuzhengwode law firm, a member of Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, member of the provincial judge and prosecutor selection committee, executive vice president of the provincial Lawyers Association, vice president of the provincial new Federation, and member of the social and Legal Affairs Committee of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference.
