On the morning of March 9, 2017, Yang Yi, deputy secretary of Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, Lin kunquan, member of the Standing Committee of Minhou County, and Chen Jinghua, Secretary of Minhou County of the Communist Youth League, visited our company to investigate the League building work, they emphasized the implementation of the "two studies and one work" educational practice of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League to better serve the development of enterprises and serve the growth of Young League members, and play the positive role of the League organization.

On August 25, 2014, accompanied by Yang Yue, member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party committee and Secretary of the municipal Party committee, Wang Meixiang, leader of the first steering group of the provincial Party committee, and Zhao Xuefeng, Secretary of the Minhou County Party committee, Liu Shangyang, deputy leader of the third central roving steering group, and his party visited Haiyuan company to investigate the educational practice activities of non-public enterprises.

On May 27, 2014, in order to fully implement the deployment of the municipal Party Committee on the mass line education and practice activities of the party of the non-public enterprise, our company carried out the mass line education and mobilization activities of the party of the non-public enterpriseon the basis of the preliminary study and mobilization of all Party branches. On April 24, 2014, the steering group of mass line education practice led by Ye Jige, former vice chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference, whom accompanied by Vice Mayor XuWeize, visited Haiyuan new materials company for investigation. The steering group fully affirmed the achievements of our educational practice activities and expressed satisfaction with all the work. On February 19, 2014, the first party branch of Fujian HaiyuanComposite Technology Co.,Ltd held the first branch meeting of 2014 in the conference room on the fourth floor of the company. The meeting discussed and voted on the application of two comrades for regular employment; made a political review resolution on the admission of probationary party members, and agreed to admit relevant comrades as probationary party members and development targets of the CPC. On September 29, 2013, the founding meeting of the Party, Labor Union and Youth League of Fujian Haiyuan New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Haiyuan new material") was grandly held in the conference room on the first floor of Haiyuan new material company. Wu Shaohua, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee Office of WuyiNew District, GuoFeng, deputy secretary of the Municipal Youth League Committee, Wu Jidong, director of the Grassroots Organization Department of the Nanping Federation of trade unions, and other relevant leaders of the Party, Labor Union and Youth League of Nanping City attended the meeting.

On August 3, 2013, the Party committee of the company organized party members to hold a summing up and commendation meeting for creating excellence in Shanghang County, Fujian Province, the revolutionary Holy Land -- the Ninth Congress of the Fourth Army of the Red Army of the Communist Party of China. The purpose was to let all Party members and activists of joining the party visit the Gutian Meeting site and the old revolutionary base, review the revolutionary history, remember the revolutionary spirit and great achievements of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries, further promote the work of Haiyuan company to create excellence. The activity was highly valued by the Organization Department of the county Party committee and the Jingxi town Party committee. The Organization Department of the county Party committee assigned three people, including Wang Changgui, a member of the Party committee, to walk with all the party members of our company, which gave them great encouragement. On the way, everyone talked and laughed, The whole activity was lively, and achieved the expected goal. 

On September 21, 2012, the annual summary and commendation of Haiyuancompany for excellence and the establishment meeting of the Party committee of Haiyuan company were held in the multi-functional hall on the first floor of the company. Shi Yu'an, member of the Standing Committee and director of the Organization Department of ofMinhou County Party committee, personally visited the meeting venue, awarded the seal and unveiled the signboard for the establishment of the Party committee of Haiyuancompany, and expressed warm congratulations on the convening of the meeting.

Under the leadership and guidance of the superior party committee and the attention and support of the company's leaders, the general branch of Fujian HaiyuanComposite Technology Co.,Ltdwas officially established in July 2010.

On September 27, 2013 the inaugural meeting of the Committee of the Communist Youth League of Fujian HaiyuanComposite Technology Co., Ltd and the first league members' meeting were successfully held in the multi-functional hall on the first floor of our company with the approval of the higher authorities.

Because the number of young people counts a larger proportion in the total f the group, under the guidance of the Youth League Committee of Minhou County, the Youth League Committee of Jingxi town and the superior party organizations, our company submitted for approval to establish the Youth League branch in June 2010.

On October 25, 2013, the third general election meeting of the trade union committee of the company was grandly held in the multi-function hall on the first floor. Leaders of Minhou County Federation of trade unions, Jingxi town trade union leaders and senior leaders of the company attended the meeting. All staff representatives of the company attended the meeting, and leaders of relevant departments attended as nonvoting delegates.

On January 12, 2011, the second general election meeting of the company's trade union committee was grandly held in the multi-function hall on the first floor. Leaders of Minhou County Federation of trade unions, Jingxi town trade union leaders and senior leaders of the company attended the meeting. All staff representatives of the company attended the meeting, and leaders of relevant departments attended as nonvoting delegates.

On June 30, 2007, under the guidance of the superior trade union, the first trade union of Fujian HaiyuanComposite Technology Co., Ltd conscientiously performed the duties of the trade union, gave play to the role of the trade union as a bridge and link, and worked hard for the employees in the principle of "building a warm family of Haiyuan", enriching their cultural and cultural life and helping them solve their difficulties.
